AUSTIN, TX and MIDRAND, SOUTH AFRICA – Win4Lin, a leading supplier of desktop and enterprise virtualization solutions, announced today a key expansion of its worldwide sales and marketing presence with the appointment of Workgroup, based in Midrand, South Africa, as a new distributor for their Win4Lin family of Windows-on-Linux virtualization products. Workgroup will distribute the full family of Win4Lin products in South and Southern Africa.



Workgroup is well positioned in the market as a specialist distributor of software products. Through its diverse customer base and comprehensive sales and marketing expertise, Workgroup is ideally placed to take on new products early in their life cycle, develop the market for these products and through its superior logistics and financial systems cope with high volume transactions, as products mature through their useful life cycles.

Workgroup is the largest focused software distributor in South Africa servicing the IT channel from its National branch infrastructure situated in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Windhoek.
