Description of changes:

- Restart dtprobed when upgrading DTrace.
- Report and clean up orphaned tracing events after each test.

- Full support for is-enabled USDT probes. (Nick Alcock)

- Support for drop counters for principal, speculation, and aggregation buffers
and for dynamic variables.
