Hey guys i am new to all this and am wondering how to set up the xorg.conf for nvidia geforce 5500 as i am getting very bad fps in enemy territory any help on this would be grateful .... thanks

Which Linux distro are you using? Have you installed the nVidia Linux display drivers?

well actually i have taken that card out as i think its on the way out .. i now could do with help with setting up ati 9600 xt card iam running linux mint same set up as ubuntu
