A memory leak was found in ruby-magick an interface between
Ruby and ImageMagick, that could lead to a Deny of Service
(DOS) by memory exhaustion.

For Debian 10 buster, this problem has been fixed in version
2.16.0-6+deb10u1.

We recommend that you upgrade your ruby-rmagick packages.
