A new version of the AM application manager for AppImage is available. AM is an application manager that functions as an installer, updater, and AppImage manager and takes inspiration from AUR. It currently contains over 1800 AppImage packages and official standalone applications for GNU/Linux, which are derived from tar and zip archives. The new version includes a new option (-f) that displays the version number of the applications that have been installed.

"AM" 6.5.2

Now the option -f also shows the version of the installed apps

NOTE, this feature only works with installation scripts used starting with this release, this is due to checking the .zsync files of applications that (before now) did not use the "version" file. Check if your installation script has been modified recently using the -s option.

thanks to
@Samueru-sama and  @zen0bit for this release!

Among other things, the  AM-SAMPLE-AppImage script has been redrawn by  @Samueru-sama
