Ubuntu Linux 24.10 Beta is now available for download on the Ubuntu website. The beta release includes images from various Ubuntu flavors, including Edubuntu, Kubuntu, Lubuntu, Ubuntu Budgie, Ubuntu Cinnamon, UbuntuKylin, Ubuntu MATE, Ubuntu Studio, Ubuntu Unity, and Xubuntu.
The Beta images are free of showstopper image build or installer bugs and represent a recent snapshot of 24.10 that should be representative of the features expected with the final release expected on October 10th, 2024. To upgrade to Ubuntu 24.10 Beta from Ubuntu 24.04, follow these instructions.
