Ondřej Surý has released PHP 8.2.23 and 8.4.0 Beta 4 packages for both Debian GNU/Linux 11 (Bullseye) and 12 (Bookworm). The PHP 8.3 packages have not yet been updated to the most recent version 8.3.11.
