Fedora Core 3 not detecting my wifi card WG311v2

All, I've installed Fedora Core3 (kernel 2. 6. 9. 1. 68???) and plugged in my Netgear WG311v2. Logged in as root , opened a terminal and typed in lspci. No sign of the card I've plugged in. . . . . should there be or should I install ndiswrapper modules and reboot before expecting to see any info return form the ls ...

Cannot get Madwifi to install

Hello everyone. I just installed Fedora Core 3 this morning and am trying to get my wireless card to work. I have a Netgear WG311T v1 using the Atheros chipset. Fedora only recognizes my second (nonwireless) network card but from what I've read it should recognize the WG311T after Madwifi is installed.

Nvidia drivers with SuSE 9.2

I have recently downloaded the latest nvidia drivers for my Geforce FX 5200. I installed them like i did with other distros but X would not start, so ireviewed the website again. I found the steps to take in order to install them on SuSE but i still have the same problem.

I've found very limited information about this online, only that it seems to be the only Mobility Radeon chip that is not supported at all. I don't know what progress has been made and I don't know if this chip has other names.

where do i get drivers for an isdn modem- its an external usb, Zyxel omni. net USB2. I am using mandrake 10 community, which has failed to pick it coz it has an older built-in drivers. [bold text.

Hi, I have had to use windows for the last year because the lexmark x85 all in one printer/scanner i had has no linux drivers. I just got an epson r300 printer which works with the new (experimental) version of gimp print.

Modem Driver Download/Installation - 82801CA/CAM AC '97

Hi, I have recently installed Fedora Core 3 onto my Dell c540/c640 Latitude laptop. It has an Intel Corp. 82801CA/CAM AC’97 Modem Controller (rev 2) (according to /sbin/lspci anyway!) The Fedora installation did not appear to pick up the drivers for my modem.

Hi Ive just gone and got my self a 1gig usb2. 0 pen drive how do i get this to work in mandrake 10. 1 when i plug it in comes up with some message saying disabling irq 13 or something all so when i have it pluged in on boot up it stops on the detecing hardware bit and dosent move on!! and when i goto control centre ...
