This is a discussion about yum experts! in the Linux Software category; I have two questions: Can you skip files after you've started to update?(like when i'm try to update my orig fedora, it has 159 update available, but mozilla sometimes can't find a server and it stop the entire yum update command, can i just push a button or somethign to just skip that file? ) Second, since yum did ...
I have two questions:
Can you skip files after you've started to update?(like when i'm try to update my orig fedora, it has 159 update available, but mozilla sometimes can't find a server and it stop the entire yum update command, can i just push a button or somethign to just skip that file? )
Second, since yum did quit after downloading about 30-40 packages, after not being able to find an available server fot he mozilla update, is there a command to install the packages it did download but not installed due to the failure in the downloading of mozilla?(the files are in the /var/cache/yum/packages)
