Upgrading memory in rs/6000 running AIX 4.3.3

This is a discussion about Upgrading memory in rs/6000 running AIX 4.3.3 in the Linux Hardware category; My company has an RS/6000 server and is running AIX 4. 3. 3. My boss asked me to upgrade the memory from 128 to 512. I haven't the slightest idea about Unix or booting, re-booting. I use Windows and I know to upgrade the memory on that you just shut down, install and restart and your ok.

I know this sounds stupid but I realy need to know.
Thanks
