TROUBLE INSTALLING MDK9 / RH8

This is a discussion about TROUBLE INSTALLING MDK9 / RH8 in the Everything Linux category; When I'm booting up the install cd from one of those two distro's, the system hangs directly or reboot by itself. . . Can anyone help me ?? I already played around in the bios, turned off plug&play feature, nothing seems to help.

When I'm booting up the install cd from one of those two distro's,

Can anyone help me ??
 
I already played around in the bios, turned off plug&play feature,
nothing seems to help.
 
System specs:
P III 733, soltek mainboard, ati radeon8500le, 512 mb sdram

Could you tell us exactly at wich step of the install process does the system hang up or reboot?
What is the last thing you can read at the screen?
