Speedtouch

This is a discussion about Speedtouch in the Everything Linux category; Can anyone recommend a distribution (preferably 64bit) which works well with a Speedtouch adsl modem? Fedora Core 5 does not seem to work at all with it (FC3 did!)

OP
Thanks for the link, danleff. However, so far this hasn't worked for us, nor do I know of anyone having got a speedtouch to work with FC5 64 bit.

However, I have one or two things to try yet.

meanwhile, I am still interested in finding out if any distributions are know to work well with Speedtouch. I hear Mandriva might - can anyone confirm?
