Soundproblem
This is a discussion about Soundproblem in the Linux Hardware category; I have just installed Redhat 7. 3 (I have also windows2000 installed on the computer) and the sound won't work. When I run sndconfig the soundcard is found, but when I try to use it I just get error messages.

When I run "sndconfig" the soundcard is found, but when I try to use it I just get error messages. On my old computer I had the same problem (also with RH7.3 and Win2k) and I solved it by uninstall windows. But I wan't to have windows installed on this computer.
I have a matsuma MS8137C Mainboard with a integrated soundcard.
