SMC 2662W USB wireless device

I would like to ask if anyone has is familar with the SMC2662W USB wireless device. I looked in: for compatible wireless devices. This one is listed but I don't know if this means that is compatible.

Hi guys this is a great forum. I would like to ask if anyone has is familar with the SMC2662W USB wireless device. I looked in: http://www.linux-wlan.org/docs/wlan_adapters.html.gz for compatible wireless devices. This one is listed but I don't know if this means that is compatible. I also downloaded the driver from SMC website but it doesn't seem to work. Is anybody familiar with this device or can someone tell me about compatible wireless devices.

According to one of the posts, this driver is for RedHat 7.3. What distro and version are you running?
