Hi,
I have been able to connect to other SSH servers(easily) from my Linux machine (Mandrake 9.1), but dont know how to set up my machine to be a SSH server. I dont want to compromise any security. I will only be logging onto the machine from my local network.
Thanks

What distro? Install Openssh server, then set your firewall to restrict all ports except ssh (22).
