You could grab the Unreal Tournament 2004 demo. I have UT2004 and it has provided me with countless hours of entertainment on my GNU/Linux box.

Urm. Thats Enemy Territory. It's a multiplayer version of Wolfenstein.

There's also Transfusion - a Blood clone for multiplayer
