Mandrake9.1 RC !
This is a discussion about Mandrake9.1 RC ! in the Everything Linux category; To whomever: Has anyone experienced problem setting/changing mouse configuration with this product. During install I set the mouse configuration,(Misumi PS2 scroll) test it, ok it and when install is done the configuration has changed.

Has anyone experienced problem setting/changing mouse configuration with this product. During install I set the mouse configuration,(Misumi PS2 scroll) test it, ok it and when install is done the configuration has changed. Attempting to correct using HardwareDrake does not work.
Mandrake is less than interested.

Perhaps try one of the various Mandrake forums?
In the mean time, you could try poking around in the /etc/X11/XF86Config file. If it's a PS/2 mouse, a standard PS/2 entry should work with no problem. From there you can try adding scroll wheel support.
