kernel question
This is a discussion about kernel question in the Linux Hardware category; I have a few games for linux that were given to me and the system requirements say kernel 2. 2. x I am running Mandrake 10 which I believe is kernel 2. 6. x. Can anyone tell me if this will be a problem? The software titles are Simcity 3000, Rune, Kohan, and Soldier of fortune.

OP
I installed the update without any problems and now when I try to start the game it gives an error of Segmentation Fault. Anyone know what this might mean? I am googling the issue now and have not found any help so far.
