Install Kodak Easyshare LS443 Camera Mandrake 9.1
This is a discussion about Install Kodak Easyshare LS443 Camera Mandrake 9.1 in the Linux Hardware category; According to USBVIEW this camera is on USB port and shows as KODAK Easyshare LS443 Zoom Digital Camera. GTKAM shows the LSS443 in their list but it will not acknowledge it's presence reports :no Cameras detected.

I have tried in ROOT
mount /dev/sda1 /proc/bus/usb/devices
report is that sda1 does not exist.
May be I am on the wrong track, help will be appreciated.

Why don't you try mounting anything from sda to sda4 and so on. I faced this problem before with my mp3 player and managed to solve it by mounting sda instead of sda1.
