In a recent version there should be an "Import" menu entry to import an Outlook Express mailbox ( Evolution 1.3.2 )

Open an IMAP mail account here: http://www.fastmail.fm

IMAP is server-based mail. Configure it in outlook by following the instructions found here: http://kurianja.fastmail.fm/

Now move all your mail from your INBOX to your fastmail account.

Go to Linux and configure evoluiton to use IMAP email. Voila, your email is available in both Windows and Linux and synchronized all the time as IMAP is a server based solution. This means anything you send from Windows you will see in Linux and viceversa.

Good day.
