httpd won't start in Red Hat 9

This is a discussion about httpd won't start in Red Hat 9 in the Linux Software category; I can't get httpd to start in Red Hat 9. There is not error msg it just does not start. I installed Webmen and I can't connect to it either. I can browse the web and it talks to other pc's on the lan.
