fc2 and prelink
This is a discussion about fc2 and prelink in the Everything Linux category; For some reason prelink is eating all my cpu power. Im not sure why, i've restarted and it still is taking over 80% or so of it. . . is just a view of tops in terminal. Any idea why i'm having this problem? Had no problem with it in fc1.

I haven't played with my Core 2 much yet. Prelink isn't even showing in my Core 1 sevices, so I would think it *should* be ok to just shut it down. I had to shut mine down to run Half-Life, so I guess this works in all instances. Here's the directions I followed, and never got that error again.
