Evolution E-mail question

This is a discussion about Evolution E-mail question in the Everything Linux category; I have redhat 9 installed as a dual boot with XP and I'm loving it so far. I would like to get the e-mail part to work but all as I can do is send mail and not receive anything. I went through the set up a bunch of times and even called my ISP but all to no avail.

what information did your isp tell you to write.
for example I have to write:
pop3.navegalia.com

thats for incoming mail.

smtp.navegalia.com

for outgoing mail.

if it is like this you must in the:
Sending mail tab > authentication > POP before SMTP
