Are these JETDIRECT printers ???

Most likely there are and you do have them setup in CUPS correct ???

I run setup from the command prompt and select Printer Configuration.

When setting up the printers you need to use the JETDIRECT printer type.

You need to setup the IP address and the port, usually 9100 on JETDIRECT printers.

After configuring and saving, I like to restart the service by typing in service cups restart.
