Can't get Kazaa Lite to install on RH 7.3

in regards to the successful installation of this application listed in the compat db on this site, but I get the "failed to create empty document" error that was mentioned on this page. I got the reg file it mentioned, but I would like to know how to install and configure it. Thanks.
