Canon S200 printer driver

This is a discussion about Canon S200 printer driver in the Linux Hardware category; I've got my S200 printer to work perfectly in Mdk 9. 2 by using Gimp-print-4. 2. 6-pre2. But first I had to uninstall the Gimp-print packages that came with Mdk. I used kprinter to set it up. In my opinion it works every bit as good as the Windoze driver.

Just download the latest Gimp-print-2.4.6, compile and install and you dont have to uninstall anything. The printer shows up in the control panel where you set up new printers.
Works as good as the windoze driver.

Best of luck.
