Asrock k7s8x- Rh9-no sound

Hi , dear Linux users,
Running here a Redhat 9 When replacing the motherboard.
a new Silicon Integrated System SIS 712 PCI Accelerator
Module: i810_audio was automatically installed when rebooting with the new board.
 
so far I can hear only my favourite music CDs.. But no ther sound comes from the board.
 
Anybody can help or redirect me for help.

Have installed all the alsa drivers.
I still have only 2 choices with any mixers installed.
Either muted, or with minimum setting for any mixer I get full blast , mono, and the neighbours
fall out of their windows.

Have installed a sb1.5 creative card and unplugged the onboard sound for
k7s8x board.
 
No problems now.

I found the solution. initially update your bios with version 1.9 (i have not test the last version 2). your installation of linux redhat should normally run. reboot. your starting normal begins. login as root. then in soundconfig Select "i810", instead of "snd-i8x0", or something like. validate. Then reboot. Et voila!!
