2 Sound Cards
This is a discussion about 2 Sound Cards in the Everything Linux category; I have an audigy 2, and the built on nforce card included on the k7n2 delta My problem is, in red hat 9. 0, i can't seem to get sound out of the audigy 2, even though it seems to have been found and had drivers installed for it.

Use Alsa http://www.alsa-project.org
Alsa has the ability to run multiple soundcards. As you use Red Hat i would suggest you get the rpm's from http://www.freshrpms.net otherwise install it from the source.
If you dont need two soundcards turn nvidia off in the BIOS.
Good luck
