I have used rpm package for Red Hat 9 on Suse 9.0 and working fine, like made for suse :)

Yahoo has a "Unix" version of it's IM software. It looks like just Red Hat and Debian have packages, and there's no source. But, I have successfully converted the package to Slackware, and I've used the Red Hat RPM on my Mandrake box. No prob!
