Works out of the box just fine with SuSE Linux 9.2 Professional.

CompUSA packages other company's hardware as its own. The back page of the manual says technical support email is available from fourstari.com and drivers (if needed) are available at a web site: fmi.compusa.com.

This is a PCI card providing SIX USB 2.0 ports. Two ports are on the board. A header on the board supplies the other four connections. A cable connects the header to an included four-port expansion box that mounts in a 3 1/2 inch drive bay (that is externally accessible from the front of the computer) providing convenient access to those ports.

I plugged the board into the computer, installed the box in the bay, and powered it up (SuSE 9.2 Pro). The ports on the board were all recognized automatically -- there were no drivers to install or tweaks to make.

I hooked up several USB devices -- cameras, hard drives, flash readers, etc. Everything functions reliably with the data rates expected from USB 2.0.
