Hi, I'm new to the Linux world and thus far I'm loving it! But I can't SSH nor telnet into my Linux box remotely! Is there something that I have improperly configured somewhere?? If so. . . what can I do to enable SSH?? Thanks!.

Hey all does anyone know if the price of LCd's will be going down any time soon? i want to buy 3 LCD's @ least 18' and a 17 for my g/f i am sick of these 3 giant 19' trinitrons on my desk and my g/f little 15' - since i spend alot of time there.

Another problem with scsi!

Sorry of i'm still here, but now I've succeeded in emulating ide-scsi for all the cd drives, but now /mnt/cdrom2 (dvd-rom) doesn't work anymore! But all the config software says that the device is mounted on /mnt/cdrom2.

Hi, I installed Redhad Advanced Server 2. 1 64bit on SGI Altix 3300. When running BEA WebLogic 8. 1 on the machine and performed load testing on this machine, I realized that the machine performs worse than a Dell notebook.

I'm using Mandrake 9. 1 and I want to write CDs with k3b, reading from my dvd-rom. To do that I have to set ide-scsi emulation for all my cd-rom devices but I don't now how to do that! It's not long I'm using Linux.

Wow! This is actually more fun than I thought possible from a Live CD! Be careful though, you'll have full access to your Windows partician (assuming some of you still use that Microsoft stuff). Debian based, KDE desktop, Linux 2.

Hello everybody, I just downloaded and installed Netscape 7. 1 because Konqueror and Opera just did not load all Flash sites and pages properly. Netscape 7. 1 is the best browser for SuSE I've found.
