Hey guys, i have a little question to mandrake ! I have a Raid Controler (DawiControl UDMA 100) and didn´t find this in any compatibily list. But i know that now mandrake9. 2 is actual !!! So i think that the lists are not up to date.

Anyone have any expierence with DVD burners? I'm looking to buy my first and was interested in the Sony DRU510A but I want to make sure it's gonna work in Linux. Any suggestions or info would be greatly apprieciated.

Hello everyone. I am in the process of building my own computer and i am about to get a motherboard. I found a good motherboard by a manufactuer called Sonic. Its a good motherboard at good price but im not sure if its compatible with linux.

I just installed mandrake 9. 1 and I think its better then 9. 0 seems easier to work with. Anyway I can't seem to get any sound when plaing music I looked every where I could think of to configure but I must be missing something funny thing is it worked with 9.

Where do I change the location of the server for getting my yum updates, I think the problem is that the YDL server is too busy and I wanted to use a mirror. Is there a config file somewhere I can add or change the URL? I'm getting a err -2, Name or Service not known Plus I can't 'browse' to that site.

Hi, My USB keyboard doesnt want to work, here is the situation: 1. , The keyboard working under BIOS, and windoz. (A4Tech) 2. , It stops to work at the grub, and doesnt work under the linux 3. , Im using USB mouse (A4Tech).

I'm currently working on building a new computer, and plan to run Linux exclusively on it, but am having trouble finding a few parts that will run well. My current setup is: Abit IC-7 Max3, Intel 2. 4c, 2x512mb OCZ PC4200, 2x250gb Maxtor SATA150 hdds, ATI Radeon 9800XT, and a SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro.

ok, I have another two problems I can't find a solution for. . I bought a new Olympus C-750 digital camera but can't find drivers for Linux for it. I tried the automatic USB connection, but Linux doesn't recognize the camera.
