I currently use CloneCD/Alcohol (moving over to Alcohol currently) to mount my CD Images. You see I used to have a duplicate CD case for every one of my Applications/Games. Eventually I gave that up and started moving the duplicated to CD Images on External USB/Firewire enclosures.

Can't run wine in redhat 9

I installed wine in redhat 9. 0 in source, rpm (whit 4 verions of the rh8 packet) but when i go tu run the wine alway say this error wine: chdir to /tmp/. wine-root/server-342-1c69e : No such file or directory If a create the carpet, after i look this error wine: chdir to /tmp/.

TESTING WHY A WINDOWS API CALL FUNCTION IS A SWEAR HERE!

It probably has to do with the last 3 letters being together, namely s-E-x. Now, since those last three letters are attached to the rest of the word, the whole thing gets blocked out. Anyway, that's my theory.

Compaq Notebook RH 8.0/9.0 and APM

Ok well I'm confused. I have a compaq Presaro 1200X106 notebook (VIA Mobo, AMD K2 475, 6 Gig HD, 160 Ram, Trident Video) and for some reason a shutdown does not full shut the system down. The system worked fine under Windoze 98, ME, 2000 and XP with automatic power down working fine.
