Firefox to remain the default browser in Ubuntu 11.10

OMG! Ubuntu! reports that Firefox will be remaining the default web browser for Ubuntu 11.10.
A session had been mooted on discussing the possibility of replacing it with Chromium. This was cancelled and, from our ears on the ground, Firefox will be remaining as the default browser.
