After 2 months of trying I have given up on getting my Cinergy400 to work with my nVidia GeForce 4 ti4200

Plugged it in, ran scantv and started tvtime. Minor sound problems: random noise for ~3 sec before sound adjusts when changing channels. Other than that, it ran perfectly.
