It seems like that the next Red Hat Linux beta will include Yum (Yellow dog Updater, Modified) as part of the distribution. A Yum 2.0 package has appeared in Rawhide, the developer version of Red Hat Linux.

Yum is an automatic updater and package installer/remover, similar to Debian's apt-get.
