- The *.AppImage.zsync file is intended for technical information required by AppImage auto-updaters; it can be ignored.
- Windows users require a system with UCRT (Universal C Runtime), which comes pre-installed on Windows 10+. However, Darktable should also work on Windows 8.1 if the runtime is installed manually.
- For macOS, there are separate packages for:
- *-x86_64.dmg, which requires at least macOS 13.5 (Ventura).
- *-arm64.dmg, which requires at least macOS 14.0 (Sonoma).
