Mandriva and LaCie today introduce GlobeTrotter 2.0, the new version of their mobile worker solution consisting of a Lacie USB hard drive pre-loaded with a specially tuned version of Mandriva Linux. Following the success of the first-generation GlobeTrotter, LaCie will distribute the device through its own worldwide dealer network. The storage capacity of the hard drive has been increased to 80 GB.
