Mandrake 9.1 RC1 has been making the rounds to the mirrors as of around 10:30am CST today... not far from release. A developer on the Cooker list says that 9.1 has been given the feature freeze status and that March 7th is the cutoff date for new releases of packages to make it into 9.1 final.
