where can i find sfdisk?

I m using Fedora Core 2 and i really need sfdisk to get my Win XP back up as i reinstalled my Linux recently and the boot problem's recurred. However i discovered that i do not have sfdisk on my computer.

I only found one place to download mandreake 9. 2 but i do not want to pay for it so i was wondering if there were any free sites out there that will let you download for free. ;( ;( ;( ;( ;( ;( ;( thanks S2001LTD.

System clock (Clock 2.4.2)

I have only been running linux for about a month, and until this week everything was great. Now, my system clock (in the tray) will only show GMT time. If I open the Adjust date and time dialog, it shows the proper time GMT-4 for EDT.

Driver installation from hell

Hello everyone. See what I mean? An nightmare if there ever was one but I am going to let it defeat me. I can't expect anyone to go through all that so I will break my questions into small steps. I've had a go but it didn't work.

Audigy issues

I recently switched my audigy to another pci slot because windows stopped reading in its old slot, the audigy is a gateway oem audigy (btw what does oem stand for), anyway i went to boot up it freezes on the firewire port on the card, tried failsafe, and all other methods, same problem.

Some may have noticed that I wasn't posting for a while. Truth is, I was getting real burnt out on supporting newbys who insisted on getting in over their heads with distros that had less than satisfactory hardware support and installation.

dysfunctional bootloader

Evening all, My system runs XP pro and Mandrake 9. 1, dualboot with the grub bootloader. I recently used Partition magic to create a new partition (logical) for windows data on my drive. It was doing its thing, so I left the machine to its devices.

Windows 98 vs. linux mandrake 9. 2 Installation: Linux mandrake 9. 2: will install directly off the cd (all three of them) there is a helpful completely graphical installer. The first problem that occurred was the mouse not working, unlike windows 98 mandrake only about 80% gets the mouse right.

Need help with KDE keyboard Tool

I need help. I'm using Linux Mandrake 10 Official. Does anybody know how to switch your keyboard layout, or rather be able to switch from alphabet characters to Japanese characters. I want to be able to type nonalphabet characters with my keyboard on my computer.

installing video card drivers

I noticed that the 3d capability with the default video driver is very slow. I have fedora core 2 installed and it immidiatly found my video card (ATI 9700 AIW PRO) and installed a driver. This driver allows me to have 32bit colour and a resolution of 1280 by 1024 but I have noticed some screen savers that use 3d t ...

Linux flashing problem

Just installed Redhat 9 & all went well. Rebooted it afew times & it was fine. Now I left it running for 2 days, I turned the monitor on & it was all weird looking, with righting that wasnt English. I turned it off & left it to cool & then restarted it.

Mouse not functioning in Mandrake

I am a first time Linux user, looking to get started with this Operating System. Just sick of Windows and like the whole idea behind open source and whatnot. Anyway I installed the newest version of Mandrake that I downloaded (Version 10 Official) and have successfully started the installation program.

Linux Booting problem

Ok, I downloaded Linux Redhat 9 iso by Shrike. The problem Im getting is when I burn the cd1 image via nero, it will keep failing to boot on restart of my other pc. Now I tried to just only burn the boot.
