If you feel that the standard North Bridge heatsink isn´t up to you specifications for overclocking, you can replace it with the included one- a good option.

I was running MS Workstation NT 4. 0 (Service Pack 5) and ran the upgrade to Win2k. During installation phase - Installing devices processes completes 75% on progress bar, after modems installed successfully, installation hangs.
