Is there a program to change the time and the date of a file. I tried acdsee4, but you don't see the seconds, only minutes and hours. Is there a good program to do this??.

samba problems

Hi all! I'm using a rh 7. 3 server, and have it setup to share alot of diskspace using samba (slack + win2k clients connecting to it). Everything was working fine, and then all of a sudden my smbmount script didn't mount the disks on the rh 7.

Nvidia drivers break Xfree 4.2.1 in debian Sid

Just thought I would give everyone a heads up on this one. If you use the nvidia drivers from nvidia and have upgraded xfree to version 4. 2. 1. . . . . Anytime you try to logout, reboot, or switch to any virtual terminal it completely freezes up your machine!!!!.

I bought a Coolermaster IHC-L71 and was wondering if its possible to replace the fan? If so it needs a 70x70x25mm but i need something around 4000rpm and i need it to be a UK retailer, i dont know wether 70mm are available or if i can get an adapter to make it 80mm.

I got a really old computer that's really bad. It has a 75Mhz Pentium, 24MB RAM, sound card, 1MB video card, 15GB, 56k modem and Windows 98. Now I haven't used it for a very long time and I was just planning to use it only for the internet and nothing else.

Just wanting to know if anyone here has ran the downloadable UT2K3 server on a Debian machine yet. Clutch has managed to convince me that Debian is the shiznit, which so far I agree with him. But rather than using the machine as a workstation, I need to put it to good use.

Righto, I just got the Back to the Future DVD box set today and found to my extreme joy that all three are in DTS. I realised this cause I just discovered that my DVD system (Sony DAVS500) does DTS. All movies should be DTS, ditch Dolby.
