MandrakeClub has expanded their Software repository:
Since the release of Mandrake Linux 9.1, the MandrakeClub team has been working hard to improve the services available to Club members. We're ready to announce that:
* More than 70,000 RPMS, representing over 140 GBs of premium Linux software, is now available for immediate download! http://rpms.mandrakeclub.com
The applications contained in this huge repository of software packages may be 'automagically' installed onto a Mandrake system either with the Software Manager or with 'urpmi' (for command-line junkies).
* Plus, due to requests by MandrakeClub members, the Web Team has implemented an easy-to-use search engine to make locating specific applications a snap: http://rpms.mandrakeclub.com/search.php
The search box is also conveniently located on the front page of the MandrakeClub website. This new service is available to all Mandrake Linux users but the complete repository of software, plus additional download locations, are reserved exclusively for Club members. So if you're an existing member of MandrakeClub, just about every application you could ever need for your Mandrake system is just one click away. And if you haven't yet joined the Club, now is the perfect opportunity to do so.
Enjoy this amazing bonanza of Free Software -- join the MandrakeClub today! Or for existing Club members, renew your Club subscription so you won't miss a single day of benefits. http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/club/
