gtkmm 2.2 has been released

gtkmm provides a C++ interface to GTK+. gtkmm 2.2 wraps GTK+ 2.2

This is the gtkmm 2.0/2.2 branch. gtkmm 2.4.x is also available, and can be installed in parallel.
