GNOME 3.31.1, the first unstable release leading to the GNOME 3.32 stable series has been released



If you want to compile GNOME 3.31.1, you can use the official
BuildStream project snapshot. Thanks to BuildStream's build sandbox,
it should build reliably for you regardless of the dependencies on
your host system:

There haven't been many updates to the GNOME modules in this release,
I blame this partly on the fact that we had a problem with the script
sending the release reminder emails.

I had to downgrade tracker to 2.1.4 because of this issue

This release is a snapshot of development code. Although it is
buildable and usable, it is primarily intended for testing and hacking
purposes. GNOME uses odd minor version numbers to indicate development
status.
