The GNOME 2.31.3 Development Release is now available
Finally! Here's what were eagerly waiting in the last few days! The GNOME 2.31.3 release! It took a longer to do it due to an epic battle between the release team mob, GTK+, and Evolution (with some participation from gnome-settings-daemon and libgnomekbd). Everything is alright now, don't worry!
We're planning to release GNOME 2.31.4 with GTK+ 2.90. This is a very important step towards the 3.0 release so, maintainers, it's a good time to start working on the things listed in Andre's email to devel-announce:
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/devel-announce-list/2010-June/msg00003.html
To compile GNOME 2.31.3, you can the jhbuild [1] modulesets [2] (which use the exact tarball versions from the official release):

The release notes that describe the changes between 2.30.2 and 2.31.3 are available. Go read them to learn all the goodness of this release:

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
--------------------------
This release is a snapshot of development code. Although it is buildable and usable, it is primarily intended for testing and hacking purposes. GNOME uses odd minor version numbers to indicate development status.
For more information about 2.31, the full schedules, the official modules list and the proposed modules list, please see our 2.31 page: http://www.gnome.org/start/unstable/
