No problem. Just run and configure Evolution answering the questions about your mail address and account and add your hotmail account.

Are you sure about that Dan? Hotmail cut off POP3/IMAP access with Outlook Express unless you buy Hotmail premium...

Now there is a way to beat that. There are programs that will access it..if you search for yahoofetch or ypops you should get the same idea for the hotmail..they usually have links on the webpage for the hotmail versions. They are not the best, i'd recommend you just switch to something like gmail or a pop email inbox that is free=)

Hotmail doesn't have POP3 access. Yahoo and GMail have though.

Yahoo does? But it is not free though, right!
I thought only gmail was the only one with free pop3 mail access.

Get 'hotwayd' ... it does what you're looking for... I'm using it now with Evolution.
