The Satellite Reciever PCI card is sold as 'Linux optional' from www.visionplus.com.tw however upon contacting them they would not supply drivers.
Possibly only the CI(Common Interface) model is Linux Optional.
To cut this sort apparently according to Linuxtv.org the drivers are publicly available at http://www.usa-x.org for RedHat 7.1 however I had no luck with getting them to work along with their application for this PCI card

With Mandrake 10.1 Community VP-1020 does NOT work.

# modprobe bttv i2c_hw=1 card=0x71
# modprobe dvb-bt8xx
# modprobe dst

# ls -la /dev/dvb
ls: /dev/dvb: No such file or directory

This means no device.
