Works natively in Fedora Core 4. No problems/special requirements.
I tried without success to get it working in earlier versions, but Promise does provide a driver. (I believe it is listed as FastTrack TX2000 on promise.com)

When trying to use FC4 on my RAID 0 it didn't work with the controller. It works with software RAID but not as hardware RAID. I have been told that it will work if I compile the drivers into the kernel.

Had absolutely no problems in Fedora Core 6. Worked without even having to set it up or install anything. Haven't tried Fedora 7 yet. Ubuntu Dapper Drake and Feisty Fawn require some messing around to get it to work. Gparted live CD doesn't recognize it.
